Image Rights & Usage

Weddings by Will + Chase retains full copyright ownership of all photographs. Upon delivery, you receive a personal-use license to print, share, and display the images for non-commercial purposes, including personal social media use, personal prints, and personal albums.

This license does not extend to vendors, businesses, or third parties. Photos may not be provided to or used by venues, planners, florists, makeup artists, or any other vendor for their own marketing, advertising, or portfolio purposes without a separate written license and fee. Photos may not be sold, used for commercial purposes, or altered/edited by a third party. Weddings by Will + Chase reserves the right to use images from this session for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes, including on social media and the website.
